A Word About Copyright

All of the images on this site are © Kimberli Brackett Photography and may not be copied, printed, taken via screen shot on any digital device (including but not limited to cellular phones), edited, or republished without express written consent from Kimberli Brackett Photography.

When clients purchase digital negatives, they receive a disc with their purchased images and a letter of consent to use their images in any way they like so I ask that you please respect copyright laws and do not  take any images on this site in the galleries, blog or client proofs.

General Information

I am an outdoor photographer who specializes in Children, Seniors, Bridal and Engagement Sessions.  I no longer do family sessions but am happy to recommend some photographers who specializes in families.

I am very laid back in my approach to photography and want everyone involved to have a great time at your shoot.  Our time together will be low stress, high fun and memorable for everyone.  My goal is to capture your true personality and give you precious amazing photographs that you and your loved ones will cherish for a lifetime.

I offer an incredibly liberal approach for my clients as your session fee includes your digital negatives (see below packages for specifics).  I use custom color correction, creative editing and optimization of all images so each portrait has a unique custom look.

Owning your digital negatives allows you to upload your photographs to your computer enabling you to edit and print all sizes at your convenience and at the location of your choice. You can create digital albums and professional videos, design personal Christmas, wedding, baby, graduation and other event cards, print them on canvas, posters, purses, bags, puzzles, calendars, mugs and more!  Clients often change their house décor, and/or move to a new home and want a professional photograph reprinted in a different size or specially framed – all this is possible and so much more when you own your digital negatives.

As I do make your digital negatives available to you, I thank you for not copying images off this site in any way.

Pricing

Senior or Individual Child Session ~ add $25 for each additional child (maximum 4 children)

$185 in Abilene - $250 outside of Abilene (30+ miles)

What you get:

  • Up to 2 hours of shooting with Kimberli Brackett
  • 2 – 3 outfit changes (if desired) 
  • Disk with 20 high-resolution, fully edited photos and a copyright print release

Personal 5×7 collage graduation invitation can be designed for $40 and added to your disk

 

Engagement Session (or Two Person Session)

This can include any two people; dating, engaged, married, or friends

$200 in Abilene – $275 outside of Abilene (30+ miles)

  • Up to 2 hours of shooting with Kimberli Brackett
  • 2 – 3 outfit changes (if desired)
  • Disk with 20 high-resolution, fully edited photos and a copyright print release

 

 

Bridal Session

$200 in Abilene – $275 outside of Abilene (30+ miles)

What you get:

  • Up to 2 ½ hours of shooting with Kimberli Brackett
  • 2 location changes (if desired)
  • Disk of 20 high-resolution, fully edited photos and a copyright print release.

 

Purchasing Additional Poses/Negatives

$5.00 for each additional fully edited black & white or color negative/pose (of 1-2 people)

$7.00 for each additional fully edited black & white or color negative/pose (of 3+ people)

$3.00 for each additional non-edited color negative/pose (as is out of the camera)


 

Total session amount will be processed in full AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (not at the session) to guarantee your appointment.   21 day notification of cancellation is required for refunds. Cancellations less than 21 days will incur an additional $50.00 rescheduling fee.

$.50 a mile will be added for sessions out of town when Kimberli is not already shooting on location.

Session Tips

I specialize in children, seniors, couples and bridal.  Since all photography sessions are outdoors, I recommend as much as possible, wearing solid colored shirts, jackets, jeans/pants and dresses as this keeps things very simple and classy. Props, hats and accessories are welcome, especially if they are part of your personality!  If you are going to bring a change(s) of clothes, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

 

Sporting Event Photo Ordering

To order photos from football games, pep rallies, etc.  please use the navigation menu above to visit the School Events Album under the Gallery page. You can order and pay for your negatives online.

Please note the Poster price only applies to Game Posters

Because of the amount of photographs I take each week, I am asking that you please order negatives weekly or bi-weekly.

  • Negatives will be $1.50 each if ordered within 2 weeks after each game.
  • After that, (if you order negatives all at the end of the season or AFTER 2 weeks of the game you are ordering pictures from) – the price will be $2.00 each.
  • This will help me get orders out in a timely manner and help me manage the thousands of photographs I will be taking for all the Football teams.
  • Your negative choices will be burned to a CD. With your CD you will be given full copyrights and be able to print the negatives in various sizes at your choice of location.

Posters

  • Posters of each winning game will be in the Sports Gallery.  Poster negatives are not for sale, but you may purchase any poster for $30.00.
  • Personalized individual posters of your child can be ordered any time during the season and will be sold for $45.00. (Individual posters are made with negatives previously purchased for $1.50 – $2.00 each)
